Stop here and go on our specially laid out tour, there’s lots to discover: audiovisual shows that recount the mystery of the legend of Clairette de Die, visits to the cellars, exhibition of local rural tradition… Taste all the wines produced by the Cave de Die Jaillance at the Bar à Bulles. Didier Cornillon : at this vineyard, not only can you sample the Clairette and the Crémant de Die, but also the Châtillon-en-Diois. Visits to the winery during the summer only. Guy Decorse: stop and visit this independent wine producer, he will introduce you to his Clairette de Die. Ducol Brothers EARL: visit here and try their Clairette de Die Tradition or Brut, as well as their Crémant de Die. Jacques Faure Estate EARL: Luc Faure, wine grower and producer, ensures the continuity of the family business and offers a selection of his home-produced wines. Granon & Son: if you stop off and visit this winery, you can sample their Clairette and their Crémant de Die. Patrick Lantheaume invites you to discover his Clairette de Die Tradition and Brut. Produced in a private winery, these two vintages come from vines planted on the sunny slopes of the little village of Barsac. The shop is open every day, including weekends. Fabien Lombard: on two hectares of pure charm, you will taste wines produced by a couple of impassioned winemakers, under centenarian mulberry trees and in a family atmosphere. Pierre Long: come and visit the cellars and vineyard of this independent Diois winemaker and sample his Clairette de Die. Maillefaud & Son: visit the cellars of Marien and Jean-Denis Maillefaud, who offer tastings of both Clairette and Crémant de Die. Thierry Marcel: Clairette and Crémant de Die are both available at the "Les Genêts" estate. You can also visit the cellars by appointment. Gyl Marcel: if you go to the village of Pontaix, be sure to visit the cellars of these two winemakers. You can sample their Clairette de Die, and also purchase a range of regional products. Patrick Marcel: once you have passed through the village of Pontaix (listed site), discover the Marcel vineyard (“Le Colombier” estate), surrounded by vines, and sample their Clairette and Crémant de Die. Serge Martin: this independent winemaker has taken over the running of the family estate. Discover his cellars as well as the production of his Clairette de Die, certain vintages of which are produced from age old vines named after his grandmother: "Jeanne de Gleyzes". You can also taste his Châtillon-en-Diois. Monge-Granon: two families of wine growers share the twenty-eight hectares of vines surrounding the village of Vercheny. Their principal production is Clairette de Die. If you visit their vineyard, you can also sample their Crémant, their Coteaux de Die, as well as their Clairette made from pure muscat. Yves Moulin: this independent wine producer owns a small vineyard of three hectares. Visit his cellars and taste his Clairette de Die Tradition. Poulet et Son: come and discover our range of wines in our tasting cellar, open from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the weekend by appointment, or at one of the numerous wine fairs at which we exhibit throughout France and Belgium. Georges Raspail EARL: two thirds of the vines grown by this small winemaker are the muscat variety, and the remainder clairette. It is possible to visit the winery, and you can also sample his Clairette and Crémant de Die. Jean-Claude Raspail and Son: this independent winemaker offers visits to his cellars, as well as tastings of his Clairette de Die and Crémant. All of his wines are produced organically. Salabelle GAEC: this winemaker received an award for his Clairette de Die at a National wine Competition specifically for independent producers. Come and taste his range of wines and visit his cellars. "Les 3 Becs" Estate: two families share this estate, where they produce Clairette, Crémant and Coteaux de Die. Visit the cellars by appointment. The Gilles Truchefaud Estate: we offer tastings of Clairette de Die Tradition and Brut. Visit our cellars by appointment. And if you like the estate, why not stay overnight… We offer gîte accommodation for four to six people. Union of young wine producers (UJVR): created in 1961, this extremely original cooperative consists of seven associates who have grouped their properties together to create a unified vineyard, thus pooling their knowledge and skills. The result: a Clairette and a Crémant de Die that are “well worth a visit”. Their resolutely modern winery (open seven days a week) will immediately catch your eye as soon as you arrive in the village of Vercheny. You can visit the winery and enjoy a film show as well as a free tasting. Vincent Père & Son: if you go through Barsac, you are sure to notice the Magord estate, where the Vincent family have maintained the winemaking tradition from generation to generation. Today, the vineyard covers ten hectares. You can sample their production of Clairette, Crémant or their Coteaux de Die.
